Scott Jerger's practice focuses on environmental law, construction law and real property disputes. Scott is an active litigator and his trial experience includes litigating complex environmental cases in federal and state court. Scott represents environmental clients across the United States. Scott also actively litigates construction and commercial cases in state and federal courts.
Scott joined Field Jerger in 2003, after receiving a master's degree in environmental and natural resources law. Prior to entering private practice, Scott served as an environmental and regulatory attorney for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the City of El Paso, Texas.
Scott's clients include the Sierra Club, Blue Mountains Biodiversity Project, Columbia Riverkeeper, and Northwest Environmental Defense Center as well as construction contractors, homeowners, landowners, and plaintiffs and defendants in every order of business dispute.
He is frequent author and regular speaker on environmental topics. His publications include:
