Welcome Takashi Hashimoto

Field Jerger welcomes Takashi Hashimoto, who just joined the firm as of counsel. Mr. Hashimoto is a Japanese citizen admitted to the Oregon State Bar. His clients are Japanese businesses and citizens investing, operating businesses, or litigating in the Pacific Northwest and Americans doing business or engaged in litigation in Japan. Mr. Hashimoto also has an active immigration practice helping clients obtain business visas and resolve related immigration issues. Field Jerger and Mr. Hashimoto have enjoyed a long and harmonious relationship during which time they successfully resolved many litigation matters.

Scott Jerger Chairs Federal Bar Committee

Scott Jerger was elected in 2011 to serve as the chair of the Federal Practice and Procedure Committee of the Oregon State Bar. Scott also serves on a sub-committee tasked with determining whether the District of Oregon should adopt a set of Patent Local Rules. Additionally, Scott was recently admitted to practice in Washington State and in District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, where he is presently defending a patent false marking claim for an Oregon client. more ...
